We ask that you complete our Adoption Application by clicking the link located at the bottom of
our Puppies page. It is very important that you provide your contact phone numbers, address,
and email information. We get many applications that are incomplete. If we do not have your
contact info, then it's difficult for us to reach you.
We do not breed every female we have each and every cycle as the backyard breeder and puppy
mills do. We breed for show and have just one or two litters per year. If you are looking for a
reputable breeder, it is a good idea to watch the breeder's web site to see how often and how
many puppies they have for sale through out the year. If there are many breedings and several
bitches being bred then you can be sure it's a backyard breeder.
Web sites can look great and have all the right information on them, but without doing a little
investigative work you can easily be sucked in by the fancy pages you see on the web. You also
always want to ask questions of your breeder and make a visit to see the puppies before you
bring one home. It is a good idea to ask for references too.
